Using these webinars on Engaging Volunteers in a parish setting
Some Suggestions
You can watch these webinars on your own, and then determine what good ideas you want to put into practice. Note: the downside is that it gets lonely this way, and you can easily get frustrated.
OR
Several of you (i.e., a parish council or a lay ministry task force) can watch the webinars at home individually and then meet to decide on the best ideas to implement in your parish.
OR
You can pull together a small team of no more than five, including a priest, and utilize this process or something similar to begin to apply the learnings in your parish.
