Stuart Andrew Wetmore (1950- ) received a B.A. in 1976 from the State University of New York and graduated in 1977 with Master of Divinity from the Atlantic School of Theology, Halifax.  He was ordained deacon in 1978 and priest in 1979.  He was  curate (1978-1979) and then Incumbent (1980-1984) of Great Whale River, Diocese of the Arctic.

Fonds consists of a typescript copy of a paper entitled, Divine discontent : Anglicans and social action in Nova Scotia, 1945-1965.  This paper was presented by Wetmore for the degree of Master of Divinity, written under the supervision of Rev. Dr. Gordon E. MacDermid.
