"Generation" – The National Anglican Youth website.

This content was published more than 18 years ago. Some information may no longer be current or accurate.

Generation is a new kind of website, designed from the ground up for young Canadian Anglicans. Look for blogs, coming events in all parts of the country, interactive features, polls, scripture reflections, creative expressions and more.

The site will include a number of blogs, or web logs, from young people from across Canada. It will also include a blog from the Primate with weekly entries – a first for the Anglican Communion.

This isn’t a site full of content that adults think young people should read…this is a site full of content that young Anglicans will generate themselves. Any young person or any adult concerned with youth issues can register on the site and contribute to it. The content of the site is continually renewed, so there are always new things to read and comment on.

You are welcome to comment on someone else’s blog – including the Primate’s – you can add a thought in response to a Question of the Week or start a discussion forum, connect with other young people in all parts of the country, look for events or advertise events in your region. You can post resources or request ideas for something you need. There will be lots more to check out.

The site is intended for Anglican young people, age 14 and over and those who minister with them.

The site can be found at generation.anglican.ca. Questions on the site can be directed to Judy Steers, Coordinator – Youth Initiatives, at [email protected].
